We STRONGLY suggest that at the conclusion of each and every auction that you download a copy of all auction reports to your computer.

Due to resource/storage limitations when an auction is 90 days old it and all it's corresponding reports are deleted from the system.

No matter what auction your consignor's assets were assigned to, the consignor's information such as name, address, phone, email, etc. is not deleted. This is so you can use those consignor's again if they consign to future auctions.

Also, user's who have bid/won an item from any of your auctions will always have that status retained by the site. This means that when you use the eMail Announcement feature through the site you will reach all previous winning bidders by selecting "All winning bidders" from the drop down menu.
