Marking lots as paid manually.
The software only automatically marks people as having paid that pay you via paypal electronically.
When
bidders are paying on day of pickup, you will need to mark them as paid
in order to insure that future invoices for that bidder will be
correct. You can do this during pickup or days later.
- Click on Invoices found under the My Account -> Members Area --> Selling.
- You are now shown all invoices created for your auctions.
- Notice the Icons near the top of the individual invoices. Move your mouse pointer to be over an icon to see a popup title of what it means. The options are View & Print the invoice, Message Board, (2) status (unclickable) icons for invoice status they are a $ and a truck, Edit, Update, and RED boxed x to delete.
- Click on the Update Button.
- On the pop-up menu enter the Payment Status by selecting a choice from the drop down menu.
- Click on Save to update the status changes.
