In the My Account -> Members Area ->Selling -> Seller Tools, click on Prefilled Fields.

Prefilled Fields contain information common to all items being listed.

Auctioneers may find that they have certain fields that always require the same data to be entered into them that meets requirements for every item they list for sale. The prefilled fields page allows this information to be saved and automatically populated into your auction listings without having to constantly retype it.

This idea has the benefit of saving you a lot of time typing and potentially making mistakes. PLEASE Note: This information can be changed at anytime and as many times as you want BUT it will apply to all listings created afterward, once you save the changes. You can also over write this information while listing the individual lot since sometimes there is a combination of taxes and such that might vary from lot to lot.

Below is a brief description of each field:

1. Item Title - If selling a collection of like items you could use a general description that is further identified when doing the detailed listing description for your auction. IE. Antique doll collection = Lot # xx, where you only have to type/change xx for every lot. Saves time when listing.
2. Short Description -  (optional) Basically a 1 line description that would be displayed in the list and/or tile view.
   
3. Description - Enter any common text that appears in all your item descriptions into this field. You could enter text such as an emphasis on shipping, payment or any other policies that you want to make absolutely clear. NOTE: Because anything contained in Rapid List CSV file description field will entirely replaced what you have entered here, we created the wildcard phrase **** Place Description Here ****. That way the software will insert the data from the CSV file in that location while preserving all other text previously entered in the description field.
4. Terms & Conditions - Enter in your sale Terms & Conditions just like you announce in voice and/or print at your live auctions.
5. Currency - You would select the type of monetary system you expect to be paid in.
6. Duration - If your auctions always have the same duration, you can specify it here.
7. End Time Type -  2 ways to specify how your lots close. Defined by Listing means end time taken from traditional way of listing lot or specified through Rapid list page will be applied to all lots. Staggered means you specify how many lots close at the same time and time interval between closings just like what you see on the Rapid List page.
8. Default Start Price - Site default is $1.00 but you can change that here and it will be applied to all lots in an auction.
9. Apply Tax - Click on box to have it applied. (note: The tax rate used is the one you selected under Global Settings)
10. Buyer's Premium - Click on box to have value to right of box applied.
11. Private Auction - Click on box to make it private.
12. Disable anti-Sniping - We don't recommend it because this will stop the soft closing feature but if you want a hard end time, click the box.
13. Location - General information about where the lot is physically located.
14. Shipping Conditions - If your shipping conditions are always the same, indicate them here.
15. Accept Returns - Select the box if you want to offer this to bidders.
    
16. Direct Payment - at this time the only option we offer is to select Paypal, if you wish to accept it in your listings please click on the box.
17. Offline Payment -If you only accept certain offline payment methods, select them here if the ones you accept are shown.
18. Click on Proceed to save what you entered.
